Al Ferraby’s $21 for 21k

Al Ferraby’s $21 for 21k

For over ten years, Al Ferraby has run in the annual Oak Bay Half Marathon to raise funds for charity. This year’s event has been cancelled due to COVID-19, but Al is continuing his commitment to raise funds for children and family in need. On May 24, he’s going to run a solo marathon (on a private route) with the goal of collecting $10,000 from our community. And to make it happen, Al needs your help!

Al is asking every supporter to pledge $21, or $1 for every kilometre he runs. If you can afford to donate more in these challenging times, you’ll get us that much closer to Al’s $10,000 goal. However much you’re able to give, Santas Anonymous will put every cent toward helping children in Greater Victoria impacted by COVID-19.

  • Starting on Monday, May 4, tune in to Mornings with Al Ferraby on CFAX 1070 to hear about Al’s $21 for 21k.
  • On Friday, May 22, listen to Al’s show from 5:00-9:00am and call in to donate.

Ready to pledge your support now? You can also donate online through Al’s CanadaHelps page.
